Membership Policy
Initial memberships require a full three-month commitment. The start date for memberships that begin mid-month start the following month.
Your membership reserves and guarantees specific standing times for your training each week/month. If sessions are missed due to traveling, illness, or vacation they can be rescheduled to another time during the same month as long as 24 advanced notice is given.
If you are unable to make up a missed session due to your unavailability or unavailability in my schedule, the session will be forfeited.
Sessions do not roll over month to month unless I, your coach, cause the missed session. These missed sessions caused by my absence can roll over to the following month, or you may choose to prorate your dues for that month.
To cancel your membership, a 30-day advance written notice is required. Requests to cancel mid-month will be applied to next month's following billing period.
Payment Policy
Monthly payments are for the calendar month. A pro-rated fee will be collected on the day you begin.
All further payments are due on the first of the month and are considered late after ten days. Should you discontinue training with me for any reason, you will not be refunded for the month you have already paid for.
