True commitment to your fitness starts with finding exercise you enjoy. Following a fad exercise plan may show some results at first, but unless your heart is in it, you will lose interest.
Let's focus on you. Our days get jam-packed with work, family, and random errands. Finding time for yourself may seem impossible at times, but you'll find that by taking care of yourself, you are improving every other aspect of your life.
First Session
During your first session of personal training, we will develop a dialogue about your goals and aspirations. We will test your strength, flexibility, and range of motion through basic movement patterns.
We take this session slower as we communicate your current fitness levels and create a plan for your goals. We focus on your body's movement in a relaxed and non-intimidating environment.
3 Months
By this time, we have a deeper understanding of your body's abilities. We are still practicing all the standard body movements and improving flexibility, but we continually add more challenging exercises.
Beyond 6 Months
Our personal training relationship is now a well-oiled machine and you are seeing the results. Your body is feeling good and you're confident in your mental and physical strength. You have the ability to communicate what your body needs as we adapt the programing for your next goals.
